Terms and Conditions
ORDER CONFIRMATION
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, and upon confirmation of customer’s order, a written and binding agreement is entered into between the customer and Marmelobags.com (Lar mode lab d.o.o.). Once an order is placed. Marmelobags.com owned by Lar mode lab d.o.o., a customer will automatically receive a confirmation of the order. In case of errors and omissions in the order, Marmelobags.com (Lar mode lab d.o.o.) reserves the right not to send the product to the customer, and thus cancel the order.
PAYMENT
All information is sent securely to Marmelobags.com using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. This prevents any unknown and unauthorized sources from accessing customer information.
After order confirmation, at your e-mail will arrive an offer by which you will make a payment to our Transaction Account. Payment of goods and services is made in the name of company’s Lar mode lab d.o.o. transaction account (owner of Marmelobags.com and Marmelo brand) after you get the offer by which you will do the payment. Please write when you will make your payment : the offer and its number.
The deadline for transferring funds to our account depends on the transfer time of your bank’s funds, which may take from 0 to 3 days. We will send you a receipt with an ordered product.
All prices are shown in Euro (EUR).
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our online shop.
Lar mode lab d.o.o. is not in the VAT system, so in accordance with Article 90.st.1. VAT Act, VAT is not calculated.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Marmelobags.com (Lar mode lab d.o.o.) ships using Eurosender delivery for orders in Croatia and EU. Worldwide deliveries are handled by UPS delivery services.

Woorldwide – shipping fees for orders will be calculated during the order by entering delivery addresses UPS Croatia. In the weight of the package, by which the delivery price is calculated, the weight of the selected product and the weight of the packaging in which the product is packaged is included.
On the day when the payment will be visible on the accoun of Lar mode lab d.o.o., the product goes into production preparation. Depending on the current scope of work, 5 to 14 working days are required to your product to be created. We’ll let you know when the bag is finished, after your receipt we will send the bag to the agreed address. The delivery deadline for your order depends on the location to be delivered and lasts as many days as indicated in the order process.
Delivery time:
– Croatia | 1-2 working days,
– Europe | 2-5 working days,
– Rest of the World | 2-5 working days.
If your product is finished on Friday, it will be dispatch on the following Monday. Delays in dispatching your order may occur during sales and public holidays.
International customers, please mind that in some cases you might be subject to customs, import or brokerage fee when ordering from Marmelobags.com online shop (Lar mode lab d.o.o.). Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. For information on customs, taxes, brokerage fee or additional charges that may occur, please contact your local customs office for your local regulations.
Marmelobags.com (Lar mode lab d.o.o.) checks every purchase for faults before shipping them out to you. If the goods are faulty when delivered to you, please send us an e-mail in 2 days after you have received shipment.
Marmelobags.com (Lar mode lab d.o.o.) will not be considered responsible for delays in shipment caused by the circumstances beyond the control of Marmelobags.com (Lar mode lab d.o.o.).
Marmelobags.com (Lar mode lab d.o.o.) does not accept responsibility for delay in customs processes outside the EU.
RETURNS
Product must be returned in original packaging.
You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused. You will be refunded for the price of the product. Return shipping costs will not be refunded. In addition, the following criteria must be met:
– all original packaging with pricing, labels, hang tags, etc. must be intact
– products must be returned in a box to protect their form
Returns which do not comply with the above listed criteria risk being refused. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Send the package with a traceable service so it can be located. All returns along with order number must be sent to:

All returns that do not match the above requirements will be rejected by Marmelobags.com (Lar mode lab d.o.o.) Customer must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by Marmelobags.com.

Marmelobags.com collects information about customer behavior with the use of cookies. A cookie is a small text file placed on the customer’s hard drive which tracks the customer’s behavior. Cookies are used to personalize the customer’s online experience at Marmelobags.com. The customer may choose not to accept cookies. Please note that if you do so, it may have an impact on the buying experience. Marmelobags.com uses cookies to keep the customer’s shopping cart updated and cookies are also required to execute a checkout.
